None appears for the petitioner even today.

On 16th June, 2017, this Court had posted the matter on 7th July, 2017 since nobody had appeared for the petitioner, observing that on the next date, if nobody appears for the petitioner the matter will be dismissed. Thereafter, the matter had been adjourned on 10th October, 2017. On that day as well, none appeared for the petitioner.

In the scenario, looking at the prayers and

wp1074-2009 that there is no interim relief granted in the petition and further that from last quite a few dates, the matter is not being attended to, the petition does not appear to carry with it any fruitful purpose, it is dismissed for non-prosecution.
