The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 2.

In the light of that, though Mr. Patil, the learned counsel sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
