The petitioner is before us with a limited request of directing the respondent no. 2-Competent Authority to issue tribe certificate in the form prescribed by the Central Government. He already possesses a tribe certificate in form 'C'. He has submitted the online application on 05.06.2024.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent no. 2-Competent Authority on 05.07.2024 and the respondent no. 2 shall thereafter issue him tribe certificate in Central Government format, as early as possible and in any case within three days.
