It would be open for the Petitioner to

wp7190.15 tender an appropriate representation to the Deputy Director of Education within period of four weeks from today specifying the grievances in respect of appointment of Headmaster. On receipt of such representation, the Deputy Director of Education shall consider the same and after extending an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties, shall take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
