By consent of learned advocates for the parties, the review application is taken up for hearing.

Under order dated 29th January, 2014, the writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn, as it was informed that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court. 3.
It is the contention of learned advocate for the review petitioner that the terms under the compromise are not being
{2} adhered to nor honoured. He, therefore, submits that the order of withdrawal be recalled and the matter be restored. 4.
If at all terms of settlement are not being complied with, the petitioners may have other avenues open for reddressal of their grievance and for adjudication of their rights, review would hardly be a remedy, especially having regard to submissions which have been advanced while withdrawing the writ petition. The reasons for which review has been filed do not appear to fall in categories under which review may be available. 5.
In view of this, review is not being entertained and the same stands dismissed.
