The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, initially proposal was forwarded seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner. It was returned back on the ground that there are deficiencies. The deficiencies are removed and the same is again resubmitted on 13.01.2017 (Exhibit -B). Same is not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment

2 wp 7735.18 of the petitioner (Exhibit -B) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
