The impugned order passed on the ground that the staff fixation has not yet been decided by the Government. 2.

The Government Resolution has been issued on 28.01.2019 in that regard.

In light of the above, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The respondents shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner afresh and considering
