Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner/applicant. 2] She is seeking to withdraw an amount of Rs.8 lakhs deposited by the respondent management towards arrears of salary pursuant to the directions regarding reinstatement. 3] As per the order dated 2/5/2019, as against the total backwages of more than Rs.54 lakhs the management deposited only Rs.19 lakhs and the petitioner/applicant was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.11 lakhs. Simultaneously it was expected that the matter would be heard urgently and if it was not so heard until June 2020, she was permitted to renew her request for withdrawal of the

4] In view of such an eventuality the Application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.8 lakhs by furnishing usual undertaking. Application is disposed of.
