Mr. Ostwal, learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the respondent would forward the pension proposal of the petitioner within six weeks to respondent no.2 with his noting.

The respondent no.3 shall forward the proposal for pension of the petitioner as may be permissible with his own noting to respondent no.2 within six weeks from today. The respondent no.2 shall process the said pension proposal within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the

(2) 36-wp-7629-2018 proposal in accordance with law and take decision about the entitlement of the petitioner for pension.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
