The grievance of the Petitioner is, that the decision dated 04/12/2021, delivered by the Grievances Committee of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in Complaint No.12/2020, has not been implemented. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

We are not making any comment or observation as regards the order dated 04/12/2021, since there is no challenge to the same before us. In the event, the same is challenged before us, we would consider it's legality and validity.

As such, since the Petitioner has been declared to be in employment from 01/07/1995, he would be at liberty to approach the Government for the benefits of the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) from 03/07/1995, as decided by the Grievances Committee. Needless to state, the Petitioner concedes that the amount is to be paid by the State Government and not by the University.

As such, with the liberty to approach the Government, this petition is disposed off.
