This is an application fled by applicant ; i.e. original respondent No. 2 who is acquiring body, for bringing legal representatives of the present respondent i.e. sole original claimant who admittedly died on 04.06.2018. Though there is delay in fling this application but the learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection.

In view of this, the application is hereby allowed and the applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment as

proposed in paragraph No. 2 of the application within a period of two (2) weeks from today. No order as to costs. 5.

The appeal is now fied for fnal hearing on 20th August, 2022.
