Heard both sides.

Delay of 157 days in filing the appeal against the award in a Land acquisition reference for enhancement of the awarded amount is sought to be condoned by the present application.

Learned counsel for the applicants-appellants submits that as their Advocate after the collection of the certified copy told about the Court fees, necessary arrangement was made. In the meantime, applicant no.2 was ill and therefore the delay is caused.

In my view sufficient case is made out. Delay is properly explained. The application is allowed without any order as to costs.
