The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Notice is issued to the petitioners along with vigilance report to appear before the committee on 27.10.2020. The learned counsel further submits that on 27.10.2020 the petitioners would file say to the vigilance report and would also submit their arguments. 2.

The petitioners have approached the Court late. The petitioners ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are exploring possibility of seeking admission to the professional course, the scrutiny committee shall, if possible, endeavour to decide the validation proceedings by 05.11.2020.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
