By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondents in pursuance of the Award passed by the Reference Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that small pieces of land of the applicants were acquired and meager compensation has been awarded. He would submit that in the connected matters from same acquisition, this Court has permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant. 3.
