The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole respondent- claimant - Arjun Bhanudas Khune, who admittedly died on 04/12/2018, by condoning the delay of 1569 days. 3.

There is no strong objection from other side and considering the right to defend, the application at this stage stands allowed only to the extent of bringing the applicants on record. The acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period. The applicants are at liberty to fle separate application for withdrawal of amounts.
