We have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the original petitioner. Permission is sought to purchase CNS System with Monitor and all accessories and imported operation table with accessories. It is stated that the old one CNS monitor system will be given back, which amount would be reduced and new one would be purchased.

Considering the above, the applicant is permitted to purchase CNS System with Monitor and all accessors and imported operation table with accessories as detailed in the application. However, the same shall be by giving advertisement and also calling e-tender. The applicant shall take care to see that it is purchased with competitive rate and better price for old machine is received. Civil application is disposed of. (V. K. JADHAV, J.) ( S. V.
