This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Learned counsel Mr. Swapnil Dargad holding for Mr.S. G. Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company is present. Mr. Abhijit C. Darandale, learned counsel for respondents No. 1 / original claimant, is present. The learned Advocate for appellant submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal.
