Mr.Gunale, learned counsel submits that the proposal sent by the Headmaster seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a 'Clerk' is pending since December2012 with the Education Officer.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Headmaster seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exh.D, Page No.48) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with the law expeditiously, preferably within six months.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
