Petitioner in-person has sought the following reliefs in the petition :

This writ petition may kindly be allowed.

By issuing a Writ, Order in the like nature Ld. Judge may kindly be directed to dispose the proceeding PWDVA 56 of 2020 within 60 days as per section 12 (5) of PWDVA Act. C.

Ld. 9th Jt. JMFC, Latur may kindly be directed to decide the Misc. Cri. Application No.712 of 2023 and Misc. Cri. Application No.1154 of 2023 expeditiously. D.

Any other suitable orders may please be passed in favour of the applicant."

Petitioner in-person submits that he is the Respondent before the learned Trial Court before whom the aforesaid case (PWDVA 56 of 2020) is pending. He submits that despite the directions by the Principal District and Sessions Judge on its administrative side to

expedite the matter and decide it in a time bound manner, the learned Trial Court has not decided the same. He seeks directions to dispose of the aforesaid matter within a period of 60 (sixty) days. 3.

In view of above, we direct 9th Jt. Judicial Magistrate First Class, Latur to consider the matter bearing PWDVA No.56 of 2020 on its own merits and decide the same as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight (8) months after receipt of this order. 4.
