Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel appearing for respondent Insurance Company. Perused the application and previous order passed by this Court on 18.12.2013 whereby this Court has permitted withdrawal of amount by other claimants.

Considering the submissions, the present applicant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- ( Rs. five lacs) on submitting an undertaking that in the event an adverse order is passed against the applicant in the appeal, the applicant will redeposit the amount so withdrawn within four months of passing of such order. The balance amount be deposited in a Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of two years and thereafter till disposal of appeal, if not already deposited. Civil Application stands disposed of.
