Thakur' scheduled tribe. The proposal is pending with the scrutiny committee since 2022.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2scrutiny committee to complete the exercise and decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks from today.
