This application is filed for relaxation of condition imposed by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal No.920 of 2022, at the time of granting bail. 2.

Earlier request of applicants for relaxation of condition is rejected by the Division Bench vide order dated 04.08.2023. Present application is filed for the same prayer purportedly on the ground that applicant no.1 is taking spinal cord treatment and applicant no.2 has undergone Angioplasty, therefore, they may be permitted to stay with their family by granting relaxation of condition.

In the trial, the charge is yet to be framed. Considering earlier rejection order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of applicants. Applicants are at liberty to renew their prayer after six months, if the trial does not commence.
