We have considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the

In our opinion, in case the respondents are not deciding the application filed by the present applicant dated 13.06.2016, it would be open for the applicant to avail the appropriate remedy available under the law. However, there is certainly no case for modification of the order dated 13.04.2016 passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.11 of 2016. This application stands rejected.
