The application is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for applicant and respondents.

Considering the nature of the litigation, it is desirable to allow to withdraw compensation amount deposited by the appellant in First Appeal Stamp No. 41742 of 2017.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed.

The compensation deposited by appellant in the said appeal be paid to the applicant subject to filing undertaking within two weeks for redepositing the said amount in the court if directed by this Court.
