By this Civil Application, the applicant prays for restoration of the petition, which was dismissed on account of non removal of office objections. This application is filed within time.

The respondents oppose the application.

Considering the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed on the following conditions:- (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed within three weeks, failing which, this order shall stand

*2* 936ca10915o22 recalled and the order of dismissal of the petition dated 28.06.2022 shall stand restored.

(b) On compliance of the above direction, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed along with the ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier. (c) Subject to above, office to list Writ Petition No.9541/2021 along with Writ Petition No.4094/2021, in the light of the order clubbing the matters.
