The Petitioner desires that his representation with regard to the revenue entries, be decided by the Tahsildar. 2.

The learned AGP submits that vide Circular dated 13.02.2015, a Committee at the Sub Division level has been established to have speedy redressal of such grievance. The Sub Divisional Officer is the Chairman of such Committee.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to place the representation of the Petitioner dated 05.12.2022 before the Committee in order to enable the Committee to consider the same in the light of the provisions of the law and take a decision thereon, at the earliest.
