1] Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation Vs. Smt. Lakshmidevamma, reported in 2001 [90] FLR 35 wherein the Hon'ble Supreme Court has observed that the management should seek permission to lead the evidence in the written statement itself. No case made out for interference. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not seriously disputed the legal position. 2] Considering the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
