Heard Mrs. Doke learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Shinde, learned APP for the State and Mr. Gandle, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

Judgment and order dated 27.04.2017 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Beed in Criminal Appeal No. 86/2016 is under challenge in the present Revision.

I have perused the judgment and order passed by the Courts below. The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable instruments Act and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for to months and to pay compensation of Rs.3,00,000/-. 01.odt revision applicant points out the contents of Vachan Chitthi, from which it appears that the revision applicant has signed the document as witness. 4.

Criminal Revision Application is admitted.

Substantial sentence is hereby suspended subject on condition that applicant deposits an amount of Rs.1,50,000/-(Rupees One lakh fifty thousand) in this Court. On deposit of such amount, the applicant shall be released on furnishing PR bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount, till disposal of the criminal revision application.

Criminal Application No.3022/2017 is accordingly disposed of.
