Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made several attempts to secure complete information, but the information received by the petitioner is not complete and satisfactory. Thus, the learned counsel on instructions prayed for withdrawal of the present Public Interest Litigation, with liberty to file fresh Public Interest Litigation on receiving complete information. He submits that the petitioner will approach the authorities, and submit representations and in case

pil88.19 representations are not considered within reasonable time, then the petitioner may be permitted to approach this Court by filing fresh Public Interest Litigation.

The petitioner is allowed to withdraw this Public Interest Litigation with liberty as prayed for.
