Paragraph no.6 of the affidavit-in-reply reads thus:

"I say and submit that, the proposal is pending with the Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary), Maharashtra State, Pune and after receipt of further orders from them, the necessary action will be taken."

In case, the proposal as claimed by the petitioner for grant-in-aid is pending with the Director of Education as contained in paragraph no.6 of the affidavit-in-reply, then Director of Education shall take decision upon it on its own

(2) 19-wp-9874-2018 merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
