The petitioner is awaiting approval to his appointment as Junior Clerk in the respondent no. 4 - school made by the respondent no. 3 - management. The proposal forwarded by the respondent no. 4 dated 30-07-2021 was received by the office of the respondent no. 2 on 05-08-2021.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision on the afore-mentioned proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
