PER COURT :- Heard Shri S.H.Tripathi, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants, Shri S.S.Dande, learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body and Shri P.G.Borade, learned AGP for the State. The learned Counsel for the applicants pointed out the order passed by this Court (Coram: V.K.Jadhav, J.) on 16.03.2016 thereby permitting the applicants to withdraw the amount of compensation as per the terms incorporated in the said order, and submitted that the amount could not be withdrawn because of incorrect names of the applicants.

{2} 969 CA 8997 of 2018 The learned Counsel submitted that now the names of the applicants stand corrected and in such circumstances, he prayed for execution of the said order dated 16.03.2016. The application, therefore, deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and it is accordingly allowed. Civil application No.8997 of 2018 stands disposed of. (P.R.BORA) JUDGE SPT
