Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset fairly submitted that for the similar prayer namely "applicant be permitted to serve notice of Writ Petition No. 3883/2016 on respondent no. 6 through paper publication", an earlier application was filed. The application was also allowed by this Court. Learned counsel further submits that necessary steps could not be taken on account of illness suffered by the employee of the petitioner/applicant, who was entrusted the work of taking necessary steps for paper publication. As such, this is the second application for the same prayer. Our attention was also invited to the submission in that regard in paragraph no. 8 of the

In view of submission of learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Needless to state that the applicant/petitioner to take appropriate steps including deposit of amount for publication as early as possible and not later than three weeks from today.
