Upon considering the challenge in the present appeal, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, together with up to date interest, upon execution of an undertaking that in case any order, adverse to the interest of the applicant is passed in future by this Court, the applicant would refund the amount, within a period of four months from the date of such order.
