Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that it appears that alternate remedy is available to petitioner against the order impugned in present writ petition.

In view of the same, I am disinclined to give any indulgence to petitioner in the face of contended alternate remedy. 3.

Needless to refer to that the time consumed during pendency of this writ petition would be appropriately considered in case it comes to condonation of delay.
