Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the impugned Judgment and Award and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment and Award. In view of the submission made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) Balance 50% amount along with the interest accrued
