The learned APP for respondent No.1 submits that though the offence was registered at Kais Police Stations Dist.Beed subsequently it has been transferred to Dahisar Police Stations Mumbai.

The learned Advocate for respondent No.2 also submits that even the applicants have approached the Court in Mumbai and obtained bail.

In view of the aforesaid circumstancess Ms.S.T.Jadhavs learned Advocate holding for Mr.A.R.Tapses learned Advocate for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to move a similar application at the Principal Seat. 4.
