Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the appointment of the petitioner is approved, name of the petitioner is not included in "Shalant Pranali".

The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has given representation to the Director of Education on 30.05.2018 but the same is not being decided.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and states that in case the said representation is pending the authority would decide it on its own merits.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner (Page No. 40) is pending with Respondent no. 2, then Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within two (02) months from today. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
