Though Respondent No.3 is served, none appears for Respondent no.3.

Grievance of the petitioner is that his Validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe Claim of the petitioner is pending, however, the Respondent No.3 College is not allowing the petitioner to join the College without validity certificate, so also, has subsequently on 11.6.2015 issued notice to produce the validity certificate, else the admission would not be finalized. Learned counsel submits that this Court has already vide order dated 25.7.2014 directed the Respondent No.3 College to allow the petitioner to join B.Sc. Agriculture course, without insisting for submission of caste validity certificate.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that validation proceedings are pending and, it would take some to decide the said proceeding.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

O R D E R

I] The Respondent no.2 shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the Tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously and preferably within one year. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

Ii] The Respondent No.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground of validation proceedings are pending. Of course, the Respondent No.3 can take further action in tune with the Judgment of the Committee.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
