The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an application for discharge before the trial court in the pending case.

Upon filing such application, it is for the trial court to consider the said application on its own merits without getting influenced that this writ petition came to be dismissed, as withdrawn.
