DATE: 21st August, 2018 PER COURT:- Heard Shri Vishnu B. Madan, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri M.M.Ambhore, learned Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company. Perused the impugned Judgment and the grounds of objection raised in the Memo of appeal.

In view of above, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:-

ORDER

I) The applicants are presently permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

{2} 951 CA 9177 of 2018 II) The balance amount be invested in the Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank initially for one year and if required, for further period.

III) Hearing of the appeal is expedited.

IV) Civil application stands disposed of.
