The petitioner's proposal is pending decision at the hands of the respondent-scrutiny committee for validation of his Thakur Scheduled Tribe certificate since October 2020.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the real brother of the petitioner Avinash has been granted a certificate of validity by the order of this court. The petitioner is ready to adopt the reply filed by him to the vigilance report conducted in his matter. The petitioner intends to secure admission in the current admission process. 4.

The learned A.G.P. seeks reasonable time to decide the proposal. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent-scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks. The committee shall consider the petitioner's request of adopting the reply filed by his brother Avinash in his matter.
