By the present application, the applicant no.2 i.e. the

(2) C. A. No. 7283 of 2015 Collector, Solapur, has prayed to recall the order dated 1-7-2015 in Contempt Petition No. 120 of 2013 and he be exempted from personal appearance before this Court on 15-7-2015.

So far as prayer for recall of the order dated 1-7-2015 is concerned, the same is rejected. So far as prayer for exemption from personal appearance before this Court on 15-7-2015, is concerned, same is granted in view of the averments made by the applicant in para 5 of the present application. However, applicant no.2 shall remain present personally before this Court on 11th August 2015. 4.

With the above directions, the Civil Application is disposed of.
