This Application is for condonation of delay of 213 days caused in filing Review Application.

It is stated in the Application that though the Applicant was intending to file Appeal, he found that there are certain errors apparent on the face of record and therefore, decided to file Review Application. It is also stated that as the Applicant is not in a position to approach the Supreme Court, he could not immediately file SLP nor could file Review application. Learned Advocate for the

Learned Advocate for the Respondent vehemently opposes the Application, he submits that no sufficient cause is shown to condone delay. Financial difficulty is not a ground for condonation of delay. 4.

Considering that the Applicant is person who happens to be an agriculturist whose land is allegedly taken by Respondent No. 4 towards money lending transaction, this Court is inclined to allow the Application. Application, therefore, stands allowed and disposed of. Delay stands condoned.
