Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Though non-applicant served with notice and the appearance of Mr. A. S. More, learned counsel is shown on behalf of sole nonapplicant, but today he remained absent. 2.

By the present application, the applicants prayed for condonation of delay of 405 days which has been occurred for filing first appeal against the judgment and award dated

(( 2 )) 933-CA-8908-2019 20.01.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Paranda, District Osmanabad in L.A.R. No.426 of 2014, on the ground that due to administrative exigencies, the said delay caused. Therefore, considering the reasons assigned in the present application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out substantial grounds to condone the delay. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order.

The civil application is hereby allowed. Delay of 405 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. 4.
