This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 38 days in filing the Family Court Appeal. For the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the fact that it is a matrimonial dispute, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned subject to the appellant paying cost of Rs.2000/- to the respondent within two weeks or deposits the cost in the court.
