Application is filed for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial by which registration was refused. Delay is also caused. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made, this Court holds that application needs to be allowed. So, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. The matter is restored to its original stage. 2.

The learned counsel undertakes to remove office objection prior to 15.7.2016. If office objections are not removed prior to that date, it is to be presumed that present proceeding is dismissed.
