This matter can be disposed of in view of the fact that the Petitioner has challenged the show cause notice impugned in the present petition before the Collector and the matter is subjudice before the Collector, since 2014.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Collector to decide the proceeding filed by the Petitioner within a period of three months from the receipt of this order.
