This is an application for extension of time to furnish bank guarantee as per the order dated 16.06.2022. I have heard the learned advocates of both the sides.

Learned advocate Mr. Chapalgaonkar for the petitioner submits that because of the hospitalization of father-in-law of one of the applicants in Kerala, emergent steps could not be taken to procure the bank guarantee though a proposal has been put up with the bank. He seeks four weeks time. Learned advocate for the respondent strongly opposes the request. 3.

By way of last chance, time of two weeks is granted to furnish the bank guarantee.
