DATED : 6 th AUGUST, 2015 PER COURT : - 1] During the pendency of these two Criminal Applications, parties to these applications made a prayer to this court that looking to the nature of the dispute, it be sent for mediation. Accordingly, Shri K.B.Choudhari, advocate was appointed as a Mediator. Parties to these two Applications participated in the mediation proceedings before the learned Mediator Shri K.B.Choudhari.

2] The learned Mediator mediated in between the parties to reach

to the amicable settlement in between the parties. The learned Mediator Shri K.B.Choudhari submitted the mediation report before this court. According to the said mediation report, the mediation was successful and both the parties agreed to file compromise terms before the court.

In pursuance to that, today the parties filed the compromise terms before this court. The said compromise terms are signed by each and every applicant and the non-applicant in these two Criminal Applications. The said compromise is also verified by each of them. The compromise petition is taken on record and it is marked as Annexure 'X' for the purposes of identification.

The court has also personally verified from each of the party in these Criminal Applications. They agreed for the same. In view of the compromise, Regular Criminal Case Nos. 314 of 2008, 315 of 2008 and 316 of 2008 and also Regular Criminal Case No. 155 of 2010, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Latur are quashed.

In view of the successful mediation and in view of the compromise arrived at in between the parties, these Two Criminal Applications stand disposed of.
